Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital Gifts and products (once opened/redeemed).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at returns@unlocksurprise.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Receive Label: We will send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
