Return Policy

- ✓Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- ✓Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital Gifts and products (once opened/redeemed).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at returns@unlocksurprise.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Receive Label: We will send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
